It would be interesting to understand what the sales have been since June 30th to understand if the sales are increasing in line with expectations. The report only reflects activities up until the end of FY which is essentially when sales were in their genuine infancy. It could be argued they still are within this infancy period, however, the Marketing approach should now be starting to deliver - would be worth instilling some confidence with shareholders by showing that the largest expense component of the organization is hitting the mark.
