I know not all regions will look the same, but I know Batemans Bay well as I own property there and visit every year. I honestly don't think the 'rebound' will be noticeable in a place like the Bay. Yeah sure, there will be a few hundred families that need to replace clothes, but that's nothing compared to the lost foot traffic that stores in the area have suffered due to lower visitor numbers since the Kings Highway closed. The MOZ brands also tend to be more aimed at middle aged and older women, and even in families that have lost everything, there's usually only 1/4 of the household that meets that description. Then there's also the massive amount of clothing donations to meet the needs of the affected families.
Long story short, sales should recover over time, but I wouldn't expect there to be a noticeable bump in sales as a result of people replacing burned clothes.
