WOOLWORTHS NOTES ? AMENDMENT TO DISTRIBUTION DETAILS
FOR MARCH 2011 PAYMENT
Woolworths Limited advises an amendment to the Record Date and Ex Date for the
March 2011 payment. This is due to the requirement in Timetable 2 of Appendix 6A
of the ASX Listing Rules for the record date applicable to each distribution of interest
paying securities to be 8 calendar days before the Distribution Payment Date in
question. Therefore the Record Date for the March 2011 distribution is amended to 7 March 2011 and the Ex-Date to 1 March 2011. All other payment details remain
unchanged.
Please find below the amended Record Date and Ex-Date for Woolworths Notes for
the next Distribution Period.
