Agree Jovann. We are repeating the exact same mistakes as 18years ago. The Thermalife branded range has never sold well in Australia. I dont know why they thought it would be different this time. Branding and marketing would be major reason for lack of sales. Selling the composition or patent to a competitor for a one off or rolling royalty would be the best outcome. Let them promote it and develop it. Why aren;t they interested?

Im a bit surprised that we haven't heard more about the court case. Must almost be done? I guess we want Anthony to lose. Then the debt still exists but due to the hidden company structures, Anthony would have no way of proving the debt is his. The debt would reside with John.

So our balance sheet stays the same. We owe the money. But instead of owing it to Anthony who wants his money back, we would owe it to John who will roll it over.

We will still be outta cash. So we still need to start remidying that situation. Might be an interesting week.
