Redflow needs the funds to produce batteries so they can, with confidence, sign up purchasers, to guarantee on time delivery, wouldn't you think? Funds to pay for general overheads and ongoing manufacture. Lots of good staff on board now need salaries and wages. Don't think any manipulation is going on here.
