Sales of Very Small Parcels on ASX

I don't understand what is going with the very small parcels going through - can someone enlighten me as to what these are and what it means - surely it can't be any kind of retail investor with the brokerage fees?

And if so, why would a broking house move such small numbers of shares so regularly?
