def a bot working the scene... just before opening 2 very small buyers at $0.19 and $0.175 (vol < 4000). I'm guessing it wants to see when/if they get taken out and will buy/sell/dump accordingly.
Guessing if can get buyers at that range potential to buy at $0.175 and dump at $0.19. A lot of guessing... but beginning to notice just before closing last second bids put in that are small and "out of place".
