Regarding the large seller it is rare to show your cards like that especially when volume is so lets just say uninspiring.
The 35 million sell order could be there for other reasons as it is not exactly the most astute way to offload that kind of holding.

Sometimes a strategy larger investors or even larger traders can use is place a very large sell order a pip or more away from the bid with the real intention of buying more at a lower stock price as that kind of sell order for all to see would usually entice more selling especially with sentiment the way it is currently . This is just theory I am a not saying this is what happening but it is a possibility.
