Sadly, most of them, by the time they are diagnosed, are pretty much done. The average life span at diagnosis is ~13 months for LAPC. The longer, they wait after diagnosis, the more likely metastasis sets in. At this point, Oncosil is no longer on the cards.
What Lange has accomplished this last year, will change all our futures. MDR should clear very soon. This allows UK and all of the EU to start the procedure a lot sooner. The earlier they start, the more likely a good result. The better the result, the better my wallet! What we should be asking is, why Spain, following the same rules under the EU are able to achieve this?
