If you look on page 25 of the takeover announcement from 17th Jan is shows a graph of 'ARR bridge to $12M'.
It states that the Dec'19 ARR was $5.9M (forecast). As such ARR went up $300,000 in the first six months of the FY.
Interestingly on page 9 it says 'EVS A Snapshot Today' and states ARR is $12M, then in brackets underneath says *FY 2020 target'. I'm not sure how you can title a page 'a snapshot today' but then give an optimistic forecast of what you want to achieve rather than stating where you are actually at, which is around halfway!
