There are a more and more positive reports of U.S hospitals returning back to 'normal' and now working through a backlog of surgeries. It is not quite back to 'normal' just yet, as there are still reports of impacts from staff absenteeism and covid patients, but the situation seems to continue to improve. What is notable is the backlog of surgeries. Here are links to a few of those reports:

What is hard to say is how much this continued improvement in business conditions will support sales growth. PNV have certainly been recruiting to position themselves to make the most of this gradual ramp up in surgeries.
