Messanger3, correct me if Im wrong but the whole reason china is producing 95% of REEs is because they priced all the competion out not all that long ago. Ok times have changed but never rule out China changing its mind on foriegn policy, or the power of international pressure. Im not negative here Im just saying the risk does exist, the market for REEs will peak and fall to 'normal' levels its just a matter of time.
