Katana, not sure how well you know this company but here's my take on it.

I do think the secret with CST is that costs have reached a plateau, this has been highlighted by the company in its reports.
The sales forces now basically are fully staffed, actually most sales will be to a relatively small number of large organisations thus staff numbers required will always be pretty modest.

You will notice from this quarterly cash report that total costs, including cost of the product itself, are almost exactly the same as costs for the quarter before. Of course as these reports are only reports of cash received and paid there is a slight difference to actual accrued accounting but I believe the half yearly report will show much the same.

Best estimates are that gross trading profit is in excess of 50% of revenue. Revenue is only now starting to ramp up, approximately 30% increase Q on Q this last quarter and with the recent FDA approval of the in tube version my guess is that sort of increase will continue.

Revenue presently is running at a rate of roughly $16 million a year judging from this last report. Total expenses including cost of product would equate to about $14 million thus leaving a nett profit of about $2 million a year.

Being conservative and guessing 20% Q on Q growth for the next year that would mean in a years time quarterly revenue would be roughly $9 million a quarter thus at that time in 12 months time revenue would be running at $36 million p.a. Let's just allow a modest increase in total costs from a rate of $14 million p.a. to say $16 million p.a.

Thus as now $16million less $14 million = $2million profit
in 12 mths $36million less $16 million = $20million profit

Fast expanding reveue and relatively fixed costs are the reasons I've invested long term in Cellestis.
