$700m (about $7 per share) would not be anywhere near enough to takeover CST. Well definately not my little part, anyway.
On the other hand I suppose CSL could do a part scrip, part cash offer. Or they could borrow some money.
Who knows. This is the type of rumor that we won't know is true until it happens.
