In my opinion this is the 'calm before the storm'..
Everyone (traders mostly) has been waiting for this 'big deal' to come through but the market will be shocked when revenue starts coming in from all these contracts won so far.
In my opinion it will be a 40-50 cent stock before too long even without the 'big contract !!!
