If you look at treatments in Oncology - that is how they evolve. You always compare standard with the new treatment and patients pay for the development.
Ideally that is how it would be set up and that is why you get the IDE....
You still have to pay the administrative costs - but the drug and investigation costs are paid by the patient / the health fund or the HMO in the USA.
Perhaps worth checking with the company - but the problem is where do you draw the line. At the very worst you might supply the Oncosil free - but you wouldnt want to have to pay for the endoscopy, hospital bed, scans and follow up.
