Hmmm. The data in pancreatic cancer seems to be open label trials with no control arm - you only have to look at ACL to see the pitfalls of comparing survival with historical data. Will be interesting to see if they can get much uptake based on that. The cash burn described is fairly steep if they're not actually doing any research. Who's going to fund the pivotal trial?
