    This means GTP's annual cash inflow could exceed its entire market cap. A very unusal scenario for a company with such a high ratio of fixed (mostly land) assets.

    At current levels, GTP's income is irrelevant. It's a land play. If GTP can't make a decent ROA/ROE, break the sucker up and realise the value in the land holdings.
