I dont get those people who is expecting sales news to come so...

I dont get those people who is expecting sales news to come so soon. The DOT projects are still in planning process and yet due for bidding. I would be expecting an ann for contract of sales first.  Those who expect big sales to show on the coming quarter report, be prepared to be disappointed.
