What lousy phrasing the top sentence. I am unsure after reading this report whether a prescription can only be issued after a confirmation by laboratory tests or if it is a matter of professional discretion. I remember on one visit to my GP quite a few years ago he trying to sell me the virtues of Viagra (wasn't the reason for my visit). That has had its turn with stoke etc.

If up to the professionals discretion then this report will probably have little effect, as the health profession is well networked.

If a lab confirmation is required then that will probably make some difference.
