Let me explain a few things to you:
A pilot plant - is a plant that is not profitable and has not been scaled to maximum commercial efficiency.
A demonstration plant - is the first plant that is built to the final commercial specs and is often the lowest throuput capable of being a commercial plant
A commercial plant - is one that can be sold to the end user whom EXPECT it to be profitable (otherwise why deploy the capital!)

I am oversimplifying here, but generally, this is how industry see it.
This is still a pilot plant.

And by the way, I WAS referring to the pilot plant and NOT the whole company.
