A pilot Plant is a small scale machine to prove (test) that a product can be made. It is a plant to test production concept, refined the end result and engineer improvements. The fact they have made the product and the working quality of the end result is better than expected. This is the positive side of the announcement.
If you think 2,000TPA this a going to be a money making deal??? Then you are looking at it the wrong way
