I can understand that there's postage charges but what I was having a gripe about was the fact the company does nothing to market this (relatively unknown) product by way of enticing prospective customers to buy the product. Marketing is not rocket science and as a company director I'd happily absorb a delivery expense on my P&L to get the product out in the market place. Word of mouth and the internet is a very effective medium / tool.

Of course when Thermalife becomes a household brand then the co can charge what they like to deliver to your door but until that time comes, offer some incentives that may just tip in our (thermalife's) favour.
