Think about the announcement coming soon that all is well and the metal plant is starting production.
Some other good postive spins could push the share price up and re-ignite investors interest.
The added shares would have with such scenario a minimal impact especially when the base metal prices would be rising even more at the same time.

So you never know what would happen.
I know I will take my shares and keep holding my excisting shares in the meantime.
