As Pinto says here is another that might bore you, drive you to madness or send you to play with ......

i posted something the other day about the Alexium sales cycle - my guess work.  Well here is another look at sales.  A key aspect of breaking into a market, particularly as a newcomer is what is braodly called switching costs. He and I talked about it this morning and I figured I would flesh out a bit more potential barriers to achieving sales and how these might apply to Alexium.  Again there is a bit of guess work involved but I feel pretty comfortable with what I have written based on public domain material
