ahhhh What the?
It is a very simple concept.... they produce 60,000 tonnes of concentrate.... it is a mix of zinc and lead... say 36% Zinc and 14% Lead....
They rejig the transition point, and still produce 60,000 tonnes of concentrate, and still a mix of zinc and lead... but now it is 32% Zinc and 18% Lead....
Still 60,000 tonnes, but a higher lead ratio, and lead is worth more than zinc.... same costs, higher sales value per tonne...
Not hard to understand....
