Salinas Energy confirms good production at Lombardi

Sydney - Monday - May 14: (RWE Aust Business News) - Salinas
Energy (ASX:SAE) has confirmed good oil production rates at the Lombardi
4-27H well at North San Ardo, California.
"The successful production testing of our first horizontal
producer at NSA means we have achieved another key milestone for the
project," managing director John Begg said.
"We can now focus on delivering the permanent production
facilities on schedule and fully developing the field."
Current plans are to suspend the well, pending completion.
Commissioning is expected in August.
Salinas shares were up 0.5 to 42.5c.
