wtf is happening with trading in NEOO this morning? 500,000 traded at 0.2 cents then 1,000, yes a whopping $1 worth traded at 0.1 If proof was needed that someone's trying to manipulate the price down, that's it. Trouble is, when they make it that obvious, it's counterproductive.
