The 12 month low of SAE was 24 cents and the NSA success has turned the stock around, but from a high price of 89 cents and it being close to the end of the financial year full appreciaton of this near term earner is beng suppressed by tax loss sellers .
I think recent traders have left the building and now it's just patient accumulation of those who can't hold . The gaps have closed and the announcements point towards fantastic sudden earnings beginning this year and increasing to the 2000 bopd capacity early next year . That is as fast as it gets .
We all seem to agree that SAE is cheap now .
A reputable post I read at S.arescene valued NSA alone at 46 cents per share conservatively . If we take the previous low sp of 24 cents and add the 46 cent NSA valuation I get a laymans target of 70 cents .
Yorick reckons 60 cents, Granger reckons 60-80 cents taking into account NSA earnings only . And I'll go with my 70 cent target not consdering other prospect success . Just have to wait and see . There are few shares, low turnover so maybe I am exagerating the tax loss selling factor .
