I can't actually believe that ANCD would put that, out of date report out, it is so off the currnet mark.
If it is being used to justify the funding for binge drinking then it is not necessay. Dismissing drugs to push alcohol reform is not only laughable but at as a parent I also find it reprehensible.
Some of the figures that were quoted in the original article were outragous and I'm sure the distributors of drug testing products in Australia would be delighted if they were the case.
