..its my favorite recipe..its often found in Vietnamese restaurants...and it was absolutely delicious but thanks for your advice..ive spent years eating nightly in restaurants all over Melb and tried it 50x and this is the way i like it best...i know plenty of fisherman in the food game who have shit restaurants like Hersheys ..the two dont go together ..its like saying beef farmers cook the best steaks...lol ..huge flounder that were too big for a restaurant..this is how they just ended up...lol
