Actually this is quite an exciting prospect if it is energy efficient. It comes down to whether the energy needed to generate the radio frequencies is sufficiently less than the energy gained from the heat of the burning hydrogen. If it can be scaled up, it should be possible to use the technology in existing coal fired power stations with fairly minor modifications. Clean green energy from existing infrastructure!
