This just proves that the remaining old directors Paul Berresford and Adam Bennett has to go for PNE to have any chance of turning around.
One poster said "Oh sacking Bennett will wind this company back years" ... oh yeah right.
Only way to settle this is to get a forensic accountant to track the funds. I will bet that there were misuse of the funds by the directors.
If Carl Popal does know gangsters ... maybe there is another way to change the company ... through a "hostile takeover".
