I emailed the company on this and asked a few questions on competition and maybe ripping off of our tech. Their response was very prompt in about 3 hours amazing really. But without copying the email it basically said. they are aware SaltX has filed a patent for a different charging reactor. The calix reactor is still the basis of their pilot program so they don't believe the other one is at pilot scale. If in time saltX developed a charging reactor of their own we would welcome the competition to keep us on our A game. We do not believe they would be using any of Calix's tech in their new reactor as the IP is for general and specific parts of tech as well as it has been licensed to them in a very comprehensive manner.

My take even if they have developed something it is small and would take many years to be scaled and proved up before been taken on by major manufactures as it did for Calix, also patents dont happen overnight they can take many years as well. IMO
