PJ makes a very valid point. Why invest in something which doesn’t go up irrespective of market conditions. Even cash goes up - albeit very slowly in today’s rate environment. Cash also has the benefit of never going down in nominal terms which ALF can’t guarantee.

Although I wish the team would deliver, I have been waiting and watching for years. I want to get out but can’t given the discount so end up waiting patiently for someone to shake things up and get us out at NTA! Justin and the board never will, even though it is in the best interests of shareholders who they are meant to represent and look after because of the juicy fees they earn from our suffering!
