What was supposedly so good about 2009?
From figures I've obtained from CMC re div. payouts, ALF paid the following:
2007 $0.04 + $0.04
2008 $0.04 + $0.02
2009 $0.00 + $0.03
2010 $0.04 + $0.04
Of course, by 2010 the market had risen substantially and everyone was turning a dollar.
