Penalties ended up being 9 to 8 so I'm not sure how you figure south's couldn't earn any.
Gus said in the 'last set' (refering to the one he just watched) that souths were taken back 13m or so. Could have been happening to the broncos as well, just never made comment of it at the time. Certainly didn't say every set.
