I think that I read an article in a magazine a few weeks ago that said that firms were finding it a little hard to fill large capital raisings in general. So it is no surprise really that overseas investors jumped in.

I cannot remember the article exactly. I think it might have been in last months issue of 'Resource Stocks'.
