I have no objection with Sam's option as long as he can focus on hitting and achieving milestones and everybody is a winner. Let's be optimistic, we need a good leader and management for PSC so incetivising it is important.
He deserved his original salary especially after achieving pilot plant construction and commissioning on time and budget. Why are always concerned with his Salary? The rest of the SH already voted in favour of this.

I'm nearly up 100% myself on my holdings, so happy for Sam and the team to go back to normal salaries with finance in sight.
The oppie structure they set up is by far the best I have seen on any company I have invested in, so bring it on. More cash in the kitty when they covert too instead of the standard free oppies.
