what i meant with big boys are the clever long term holders, not necessarily top shareholders.
the company has disappointed regarding timing guidance and the stock has been punished for that. nickel prices and base metals have also suffered given weaker than expected Chinese reopening. shorts have made money and now, at a 40mn USD valuation, we are ascribing a 2-3% chance this project's NPV come to fruition. i would bet our odds are significantly higher than that.
things can change very quickly in the metals space.
