Of course Racism is bad, racist behaviour should be called out and our high profile people (including athletes) should understand that if they cross the line.

They will suffer the consequences much more than the average person.

Furpo isn’t lying or trying to justify that racism isn’t a problem, he is just trying to point out that the concept of racism as it is today is not necessarily the Summer Bay or Ramsey Street version that the majority of southern urbanites Believe to be reality.

He’s just giving a realistic description of what is the reality of today in much of our country (outside of the major urban areas).

In fact I’m probably wrong!
If you frequent certain areas of the Capital city’s you will encounter racial abuse as well.
