No and probably not inherently racist given that in many cases it probably doesn't hit the threshold of being characterised by showing prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism against black people.
Acceptable to use the term these days? No and just like its not acceptable to say "white bastard" or "get off my land your white c###".
Kerr racist.... probably not, but would be so simple for her to come out now and say Court case or not, "I was a Gold Star but now I ain't no Goldilocks, I Muffed this up after stirring the Bean Curd, which I spewed like Pancakes all over the taxi and I could have Beavered it back off the Carpet but I would have needed a Gillette Blade to do so and all in all, I wish I could U Haul back to the start and instead gone home to my Pillow like a Princess and avoided a Bad Death and been in the Jam.
