Watching this, it makes me wonder...why doesn't EVN just take these guys out? EVN are getting left behind by NST but say they only want scaleable assets in safe jurisdictions...this fits the bill with NZ and North American assets with decent growth profiles (writing off the Philippines). Jim Askew who is on the EVN board used to be on the OGC board if I recall correctly. Surely at these prices, it would have to be value accretive for EVN.
