My take aways:
1) He's still pitching the project here
2) They are talking to a range of partners for 50% of the equity capital to be raised - including battery manufactures, car makers, and trading houses. 50% funded by debt.
3) Dismisses concerns around changes in battery chemistry etc so no issue with demand for the product particularly cobalt
4) They have designed the refinery with input from the auto sector and have added in a large recycling stream for chemically recycling battery metals from used batteries (at least my take)
5) Getting closer to finance, but still a touch away as per the last paragraph
