Please don't forget when discussing FAR's proposed WI in A2-A5 that for staters we only have 80% (ie not 100%) to play with and also there is an inverse relationship between the amount of a farm in (free carry of a well, cash etc) versus how much FAR will be left with as a WI.
The better the farm-in carry the lower FAR's WI will be.
