Those were the bits that stood out to me as well.
Why 32% though? Seems a v precise number, why not 30/35/40 etc?
And, playing devils advocate for a moment, using the $10 number FAR are currently undervalued based on existing 15% SNE alone never mind the potential PE upside. Finally, why would Erin have farmed out the 80% so cheaply?
I guess we may get some clarity on all that in the not too distant future. In the meantime I hold with a sense of optimism.
