Some very happy to slag off FAR management.
However what a masterstroke signing up that option with Erin at the time that they did.
I suspect that Erin management don't see it as such a smart move these days!
Same as COP's deal with WPL. Have to laugh when we hear that they are talking about getting back into "deep water exploration". BTW remember those incessant posts about deep water being dead! lol.
Notwithstanding it is easy to have 20 20 hindsight and forget about the "pressures" that existed at the time.
