    Yeah I was going to suggest the same although in a more sarcastic tone before this morning's announce. The other reason that FIRB could be a formality is our brazilian friends are estalishing their aussie company. Chevron Australia don't have much problem with FIRB do they. The chinese come unstuck with FIRB because they almost never do so.
