    MobiData Group signs Taiwanese Distributor

Further to recent announcements relating to international distribution agreements the
Directors of Fusia Limited are pleased to announce that the wholly owned trading division,
MobiData Group Pty Ltd (‘MobiData’) has signed a Reseller Agreement with PocketNet
Wireless Technologies Inc of Taipei for distribution of all MobiData Products into Taiwan and
    mainland China.

PocketNet was one of the first companies to market mobile applications and content in
Taiwan. PocketNet aggregates mobile applications and content and sells through three major
channels – mobile operators, web portals and mobile retailers and kiosks. As a result the
company has exceptional market reach in Taiwan and mainland China and provides
MobiData with a particularly strong reseller partner.

PocketNet provides distribution of the handsets in Taiwan for all the major manufacturers
such as Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson etc. The company also enables mobile users to
download content and applications through user friendly outlets – online or in-store. This
includes 1064 HiLife mobile retail outlets all over Taiwan, over 100 directly owned Nokia
Priority Dealership stores, and Nokia VIP dealer shops.

In addition, their online distribution platform includes two websites; JoyBox and S60, and one WAP site for downloading content
directly to the user’s mobile phone. JoyBox is hosted and operated by PocketNet as an
aftermarket service under the Nokia brand and every Nokia phone sold has software installed
that takes the user to this site automatically. (http://www.joybox.nokia.com.tw)

The Taiwanese and Chinese Mobile subscriber base of over 20million and over 320million
respectively, growing at over 5.5million new mobile subscribers per month, are the target
market of PocketNet through their distribution channels mentioned above.

One of PocketNet’s distribution methods is to provide mobile applications on a mobile phone
memory stick supported by many of the mobile handset manufacturers and this memory stick
will now include the MobiData Products as a standard offering. PocketNet expect to distribute
over 250,000 of these memory sticks to their customer base over the next 12 months. This is
only one of their major channels to market for the MobiData Products.

PocketNet will retail the products for an annuity subscription of New Taiwan Dollar (TWD)
$250 (approx AUD$10) per subscriber per month through all four of their existing channels to
market as outlined above. PocketNet will provide distribution, billing and first line customer
support in the geography for 50% of the retail revenue per customer. MobiData’s
responsibility is to provide the server infrastructure, second tier support, the unique MobiData
Products and ongoing Product development and enhancements for its 50%.
PocketNet will commence sales and marketing of the MobiData products in October 2005 with initial revenues expected in late November 2005 from the relationship.

Like MobiData Group, PocketNet is a member of Forum Nokia PRO which means that both
companies have in-depth expertise in Nokia handsets and the various Symbian operating
    systems.

PocketNet plans an initial launch of MobiData Group’s applications through all channels during
October this year in Taiwan with mainland China to follow. MobiData Group is currently
completing Chinese text versions of its applications and web sites for these important
    markets.
