It is sad you are right Roville. I hope the directors don't get a chance to do it again. In my stupidity I have been twice bitten with this Co but won't let it happen again. This time I bought many millions of options after directors promised comprehensive reporting on valuations, royalties etc.. and there was also plenty of time to re-frac and test excellent gas shows, however despite reporting that they believed options would be converted(which of course required a huge jump in share price) the directors delivered none of the above(without informing the market of their change of heart)and subsequently the options died a slow death waitng for the value adding reports. Sad and costly indeed B Rubes
